📦 Orders & Delivery
How long does it take for me to receive my order?

Custom songs are typically produced within one (1) business day of receiving your paid order.

Delivery times, for other products, may vary depending on whether the item is a customized order, in-stock product, or fulfilled through a third-party partner.  We work to ship all inventory items within one day of your order, if not sooner.

You’ll receive tracking or delivery confirmation once your order has been processed, or delivered to your account.

Once your order is submitted, it moves quickly into production or fulfillment — especially for custom items. Because of this, we’re generally unable to make changes after an order is placed.

If you believe there’s an urgent issue or exceptional circumstance, please open a care ticket as soon as possible. You may also email us at help@singmymessage.com, but support tickets are usually seen and responded to more quickly.

We’ll do our best to help.

To avoid issues, please double-check your shipping address and customization details before completing your order. It helps ensure everything arrives just the way you intended.

You’ll receive email updates at key points in the process.  Once your order is in processing, we’ll notify you — and again when it’s completed or ready to ship.

For physical products, you’ll also receive a tracking number by email once your item is prepared for shipment.

For custom digital products (like custom songs), you’ll receive the same status updates, and once your order is completed, your final product will be available in your My Account > Downloads area on our website.  Any additional delivery methods selected during checkout — such as sending the file directly to a recipient — will be handled as requested.

Due to the nature of these items, custom and edible products are not eligible for return or refund once production or preparation has begun.

That said, we want you to be happy with your experience — and we’re happy to help.  Just reach out, if something’s off.

📦 Physical Products

Physical items that arrive damaged, defective, or not functioning as described are eligible for exchange or refund. In these cases, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item, and we’ll guide you through the next steps.  You can open a care ticket directly to your right.

Custom songs are delivered in two formats: a downloadable MP3 file and a stylized MP4 e-card video — perfect for sharing, or surprising someone special.

Once your order is complete, a copy of your custom file will be available to you in your My Account > Downloads section on our website.

If you selected digital delivery, your song will also be sent to the recipient by email from delivery@singmymessage.com.

If you selected a physical delivery option (such as a singing card), your order will be mailed to the provided shipping address as well.

📌 Please double-check all recipient email addresses and contact details before placing your order. We can’t be responsible for delivery issues caused by typos, bounced emails, or messages sent to spam or junk folders.

Am I really anonymous and what if the receiver reacts badly?

Absolutely. We never share your name or personal info with the recipient unless you specifically include it.

Even if you leave a custom note, we only show exactly what you write — nothing more, nothing less.

Whether it’s a love song, a spicy roast, or an unique gift, the recipient won’t know who it’s from unless you want them to.

Digital Orders (Custom Songs, etc.):

Digital items are delivered by email from:

We are not responsible for emails lost in spam folders, incorrectly typed addresses, or bounced messages. Please confirm all email details before placing your order.


Physical Orders:

Items shipped by mail do not include the sender’s name unless a custom message is added during checkout. A return address is included as required by USPS regulations, but it will reflect our fulfillment provider or business name — not the purchaser.
